Grid Poster FAQ

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders typically ship in 3-7 business days outside peak holiday times. Check the Shipping & Production page for the latest updates from the print lab and specific product estimates.

Do you offer gift notes or gift wrapping?

You can add a custom Gift Note to your order in the cart! We’ll print your note on thick paper and tuck it neatly in the box. We don’t offer gift wrapping, but orders come nicely packaged and we don’t include any invoice or receipt in the box so shipping direct with a gift note is a great gifting option.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

Yes! Once you place an order, email us and we can send you a URL to re-order the same product. If you are shipping the same thing to more than 10 addresses, we can handle this for you and send an invoice.

I have more questions, how do I contact you?

Email us anytime at hello@sps.io or try the live chat during business hours. We’re a small team and we’re eager to help!

    Great quality, bit pricey

Always do a great job, but always a bit deterred by the price.

    Would buy another one!

Got this for my son's room - using pictures of his friends and family. Loved how this came out! So easy to select the photos, reposition them, crop - everything was made super simple doing it in the app (would recommend doing it on the app!). Quality was great, colors printed nicely - nothing bad to say. *Ended up putting in a magnet frame and hung from the wall. Can't wait to refresh this in a couple of years with new photos.

    So fun!

We made this for my daughter's graduation party and she plans to take it with her framed to college. It turned out very well, we were pleased with the overall quality and look.
