All our products are made to order and we strive to deliver the best quality of print. If your order is not what you wanted, we will work with you to get you the prints of your dreams.
Most of our prints have a smooth, matte finish. If you're used to glossy photo prints, matte prints may appear more faded, but overall have a nicer look and feel. Some photos may need to be edited before printing. We have some quick and easy advice on How To Edit A Photo For Print.
Prior to ordering, you can also send us your photos and we will give you a frank and prompt assessment on how it will print. Frank Assessment Please.
If your prints don't look as great as you hoped, reach out to us! In some cases a reprint may improve your order. In others we may reimburse you with store credit so you can try again. Either way, we will work with you to make sure you get prints that you are happy with.
Help With Your Print Quality.
If your order did not arrive by a desired date, we're sorry but we cannot control the arrival time for all our orders. No estimated arrival date is a guarantee. The exceptions to this rule are our Holiday Deadlines which we create for Christmas, Mother's Day, etc. If you ordered before the holiday deadline and your prints did not arrive in time, reach out to us and we will make things right.
Late holiday shipment help.
If your shipment is damaged or missing, we will reprint and reship it to you. If you believe we sent you the incorrect product, please reach out to us. You shall have what you ordered!
I got nothing.
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, you cannot return your order, unless it was one of our Display Items, which may be returned for a refund. Please email us to facilitate this process.
